States We Can Provide Funding In
Because plaintiff funding is regulated at the state level, the laws, rules, and compliance requirements can vary significantly from one state to the next. Some states have clear statutes and established guidelines that allow legal funding companies to operate with defined disclosures and consumer protections, while other states impose stricter limitations, unique licensing requirements, or restrictions that make funding unavailable or impractical.
Covered Bridge Capital is committed to operating responsibly and in full compliance with all applicable state regulations, so while we are able to provide funding in most states, we cannot offer funding in every jurisdiction due to these varying legal requirements. The map below shows where Covered Bridge Capital can currently operate, and highlights the states where funding is not available at this time.
